David P. Legare
David is a trial attorney who effectively solves legal problems for clients. When the solution requires a jury verdict, David is a skilled trial advocate. Since 1995, he has successfully advocated for clients in cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, insurance disputes, railroad injuries, and environmental litigation. Our team effort has helped clients recover millions of dollars to restore their lives and businesses.
David graduated from the University of Montana in 1992 and the University of Montana School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Montana, United States District Courts for Colorado, and the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association; Yellowstone, Montana and Federal Bar Associations, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). David is also in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the National Trial Lawyers.
Darci J. Sealey
Darci is a legal assistant who helps clients collect, organize and produce the facts necessary to prove their case. She understands clients will not get a good result unless they can prove the facts with admissible and persuasive evidence in court. She has worked as a legal assistant since 2002 in both Oklahoma and Montana. Her years of experience are focused on all aspects of personal injury litigation and trials.
Darci graduated from Montana State University, Billings in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and completed three years toward a Masters of Architecture Degree at Montana State University in Bozeman MT. She enjoys camping, fishing and boating with her husband and children.
Paige Wolf Legare
Paige is an information technology (IT) professional, who utilizes the wide range of technology necessary to run a modern law firm and try a case in the 21st Century. She works with our firm’s experts and uses advanced tools to manage electronic information and create multimedia exhibits that effectively communicate the facts of the client’s case to mediators, judges and ultimately juries, if necessary. Paige’s innovative use of technology enables our team to better serve clients.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from Montana State University, Billings in 1992. After graduation, she worked as an IT professional in the Federal and State Courthouses for the United States Marshals and Yellowstone County Commissioners in Billings, Montana. She now employs her IT skills for our clients.
